During the American Revolution suppose the Nova Scotia joins by the Americans not raiding on Nova Scotia villages and the 14th state joins which included New Brunswick now with the help of Nova Scotia the Americans successfully invade up to the St Lawrence river and holding till the end of the war is the area around the river defenseble enough i think it would be the name as normal timeline what would the culture of this US be with the 14 colonies I assume the French would ethier be sent north to the other side of the river or integrate like lousiana

Heres a map of the terrain

Problems:
-Nova Scotia was pretty isolated from the rest of the 13 colonies and is now under threat of being targeted by the Royal Navy due to its lack of depth to retreat to.
-The British still have Québec Trois-Rivière and Montréal, meaning that they effectively control the Saint-Lawrence river, meaning that any settlement south of the river is under threat of invasion/cannonade.
-The USA was originally a land power and only by the second half of the 1800's that it began to challenge the Royal Navy on sea.

1. if the wlling joined the revolution they could defend on land against the British
2. the British and Americans only had the war of 1812 against eachotehr after the revolution so it should be fine as long as they can survive the 1st revolution
3.no need to challenge the sea the British would still keep PEI and cape breton

They're not talking about PEI and Cape Breton, they're talking about the Gulf of Maine. There was little to no overland communication between New England and Nova Scotia. Primarily because there was basically no colonial development beyond the southern corner of Maine, but also because the natives in the area generally favored the British.

So communications between New England and Nova Scotia would effectively be impossible without naval dominance. NS would have been isolated from the rest of the USA, it would receive no supplies (except for what blockade runners manage to get through) and no reinforcements. On top of that it was sparsely populated (barely 10.000 by 1800), so it'd be very vulnerable to a British naval invasion, while the importance of Halifax as as a naval base would make it a prime target. Nova Scotia is a sitting duck to the British.

could them joining but being occupied during the war then in the peace deal its recognized as American?

Whoever controls one bank of the St Lawrence, controls the other. If America has the naval power that they control the south bank, they've conquered all of Quebec. Given America was so weak at sea, this seems unlikely.
